Your island adventure begins the moment you land at Veer Savarkar International Airport, where a private vehicle transfers you to your hotel for a smooth check-in. In the afternoon, the family will visit the historic Cellular Jail for a guided walk through its deeply moving past, followed by a relaxing stroll along the coconut-fringed Corbyn’s Cove Beach. As evening falls, you will head back to the Cellular Jail to witness the captivating Light & Sound Show, bringing history alive through stunning visuals and narration before heading back for a comfortable overnight stay.
Take an early morning private cruise across the clear waters to Havelock Island. Check into your tropical resort and enjoy a quiet lunch. In the late afternoon, head out to Radhanagar Beach, a world-famous stretch of powdery white sand wrapped by lush green forests. It is an incredibly safe, wave-free spot for children and elders to swim and enjoy a mesmerizing sunset.
Spend your morning checking out the shallow, vibrant reef at Elephant Beach via speedboat, where you can enjoy a family snorkeling session or a glass-bottom boat ride. Additionally, you will want to keep it clean, as single-use plastic bags and plastic water bottles are completely banned on many beaches to protect local wildlife. Finally, for safe swimming, always make sure your family sticks to the designated safe swimming zones marked by lifeguards at popular spots like Radhanagar Beach, as currents can change quickly.
